I . Vacuum Drying Voltage Transformer Vacuum Dry Machine
1.Oil tank and pipeline are made of 304 stainless steel, which does not produce impurities and pollution. Oil injection can be divided into automatic and manual, and the quantity of oil injection can be controlled accurately.
2. The vacuum system is designed with a new type of condenser, so that most of the water in the product is cooled from the condenser and released, effectively avoiding the pollution of vacuum pump by water in the drying process. High temperature magnetic pump is used as heat conduction oil transfer pump to make the heating system more stable and avoid heat conduction oil leakage.
3.In the heating process, according to the different temperature of the body, the pressure in the vacuum tank is periodically reduced to a certain value by automatic pressure exchange and pressure transformation for several times, which creates the most suitable conditions for the evaporation of water in the insulation part of the body and makes the evaporation process of water in the drying process in a reasonable state
