[Base features ] 

[Production description]

    This product is professionally used for the treatment of colored wastewater. It is a new type of cationic polymer that combines decolorization, flocculation, and COD removal. 

[Characteristic and advantages]

1.It is mainly used for the decolorization of high color fastness wastewater in dye factories, and can be applied to the removal of the most stubborn color of conventional dye wastewater;

2. It can also be used for the treatment of textile and printing wastewater and the treatment of industrial wastewater such as pigments, inks and paper.

3. Compared with the strong oxidizing agent and strong reducing agent and the commonly used ferrous iron plus lime decoloring process, this product has excellent decolorizing effect, no color return, and less sludge amount.

[Application range  ]

Mainly used in the decolorization of waste water in printing and dyeing, rinsing, paper making, ink, electroplating, pigments.

[Using methos ]

1.Dilute this product with 10-40 times of water, and then directly add it to the waste water. After a few minutes of stirring, settling or air flotation, you can get the decolorized clear solution. The diluted solution is not suitable for long-term storage. It is recommended to be within 24 hours run out.

2. The pH value of waste water can be adjusted to 7-9 to improve the treatment effect;

3. When the chroma and COD of the waste water are high, it can be used together with polyaluminum chloride, but it cannot be mixed; this can reduce the treatment cost, whether the polyaluminum chloride is added first or later, it should be determined according to the test and the treatment process .

Sorted in cool place ,prevent heated and exposure, stable period is 6 months.
