HJ350
HJ350 is a melting type medium manganese, medium silicon and medium fluorine flux. It is a brown to light yellow glassy particle with a particle size of 2.5-0.45mm(8-40 mesh). It can be used both AC and DC, and DC is the positive electrode of the welding wire. The welding process is good, the slag removal is easy and the forming is beautiful.
Applications:
Welding of low carbon steel and low alloy structural steel with H08, 08MnA/10Mn2. It has good process performance.
Look out
Before welding, if the flux is damp, it must be baked for 2 hours at 300-350 ° C and used with baking.
Before welding, it is necessary to remove rust, scale, primer, dirt and electric welding slag on the surface of the base metal to obtain a sound welding deposited metal.
