Our patterned nylon spandex webbing is different from the general market items, to be exact:
1. No smell no crack silkscreen or sublimation printing.

Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because spandex is hard to be dyed, but nylon is relatively easy, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed nylon spandex webbing.
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex webbing in raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing & setting process, the greige should be a bit wider than the requested width of the finished elastic webbing.
Dyeing the raw white greige of elastic nylon spandex webbing by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Inspecting the printed elastic webbing by narrow fabric folding machine. The defective parts and shorter than 5 yard pieces will be eliminated during this process.
