Staple set roller brushes sometimes are called punched-filled or tufted roller brushes because the tufted bristles are punched into a plastic core tube made of PVC or nylon. The aluminum core is also available for some special applications. This type of roller brush comes in low, medium, and high density determined mainly by numbers and pattern of punched holes, trim length, and fill diameter also affect the density. Fill color is available in white, black, red, yellow, blue, green, etc. 
The most commonly used patterns for roller brushes are straight rows, staggered rows, spiral rows, helix, or chevron patterns.
To custom-make a spiral brush, we need dimension information or technical drawing. Material can be made with nylon, polypropylene, steel, brass, tampico fiber as request for different application
