YQ48 Sucker Rod Tong is a new pattern multi-purpose sucker rod hydraulic power tong, using advanced technology from USA, and also co-produced with American company. It adopts advanced sucker rod or tubing technology and has a compact structure, high reliability and is safe and convenient to operate, making it an ideal tong for oil field work tomake up or break out sucker rods or tubing with given ranges.
1. Specially designed clamping mechanism to make-up/break-out fast and safely sucker rod or tubing.
2. With the tong on the rod, adjust the leveling screw at the top of the hanger, so the tong hangs perfectly level while threading rods.
3. Advanced torque sensor system can actually display the right torque value when making up.
4. The master tong is equipped with an automatic safety-gate which has a function of safety and protection.
