ZGQXJ-70 type drill pipe cleaning machine is the special equipment to clean inside and outside walls of old drill pipe in the oil field, which is mainly used for cleaning attached contaminations of drill pipe itself (oil contamination, rust, cement, etc.). Thereinto, the inside wall cleaning adopts high pressure water jet spray washing, the outside wall cleaning adopts the scrubbing of steel brush while adopting high pressure water jet spray washing. In the cleaning process, the clamping rotation bogie clamps drill pipe to rotate and move forwards, after cleaning comes to the drilling pipe end, it then rotates, moves backwards and stops until reaching the initial position. Then the clamping bogie releases the drill pipe and returns to the original position, and the drill pipe is taken out by the material raising mechanism. The machine has reliable performance of cleaning drill pipe and uniform spray washing. And after the cleaning the original mental surface can be seen and the inside coating is intact (if the inside wall has not too much cement). The PLC control is adopted with the touch screen displaying data of parts. The machine is the ideal product to clean attached contaminations of drill pipe itself.
