Description :
SH·J507 is a non-alloy steel electrode with alkaline coating, which adopts DC reverse welding. All position welding is possible. The welded metal has good plasticity, toughness and crack resistance.
Use:Welding medium carbon steel and some low alloy steel. Such as 09Mn2Si, 16Mn, 09Mn2V and so on.
Note:
1. Before welding, the electrode must be baked at about 350ºC for one hour, and used with baking.
2. Rust, oil, moisture and other impurities must be removed before welding.
3. When welding, narrow path is appropriate, and short arc operation is required.
