The intelligent welding production line of excavator boom has realized automatic feeding, automatic fitting, automatic welding and automatic transfer of the middle section of the boom, adaptive welding of the boom assembly, automatic UT flaw detection after welding and so on. Full-automatic logistics equipment, including mobile robots, RGV, handling robots, automatic trusses, etc., is planned for the whole line, which facilitates the circulation of parts and products between stations. Compared with the traditional lifting method, the production efficiency is significantly improved. The upper computer of the production line, the master control can be seamlessly connected with MES system, realizing automatic order distribution, automatic equipment replacement, automatic work report, product process tracing, equipment information collection, etc., and realizing digital production.
