BSR-C Mini Rewinding Machine
Features: Suitable for rewinding unqualified tapes.
Safety rules
1. Please read the operation manual before operating the machine.
2. The operator should not wear long hair or gloves, and should fasten the cuff.
3. Don't clean the machine in operation.
4. When the machine powers on, don't open the electronic control door or touch the electric components to avoid being hurt.
5. When machine is running, please keep a distance, don't touch the slitting blade.
6. Except for slitting rewinding, don't load materials on the rewind shafts.
7. Don't touch the rewinding shafts in when machine is running.
8. Don't open the control box or touch the driving part when visually measure the machine operation.
9. Don't put any tool on the machine.
10. Power off the machine before fixing it.
11. Before opening the electric box, switch off the power.
12. Don't tear the machine except professional technicians.
13. Please maintain the machine regularly.
Maintenance Instructions
8. Adjust the air pressure between 4~6kg/cm2(70 1b/in2~90 1b/in2)
9. Dispose the water and just need to move up.
10. Check the oil cup if the oil is enough or not, if not, add oil M22, M12 or NO> 10 oil cup.
11. Lubrication oil adjust F method to chuck ON-OFF 5 times and drip one drop of oil, clockwise the with much oil and counter clockwise with little oil.
12. A: Air pressure set button (up: pressure high on the right turn and vice versa)

2. Air pressure three point combined valve open once per day to drain the oil water, and open four hours in moist atmosphere.
3. Three points lubrication oil and oil injector and check every day to ensure the smooth running of the machine.
4. Clean the machine surface and control box inside every day, and air shaft dust and oil dust (three times per week).
5. Add oil once per week.
6. Every month check the screws and driving part if loose or not.
