XPJ660 is a high solid content product specially developed for the metal processing fluid (MWF) industry. It is applicable to a wide range of metal processing fluid formulations, such as emulsion, microemulsion, semi-synthetic and total synthetic processing fluid formulations. Good defoaming and antifoaming performance and good performance at various temperatures and thus give the recipe engineer more choice of raw materials, so as to create more excellent recipes.

It is applicable to a wide range of metal processing fluid formulations, such as emulsion, microemulsion, semi-synthetic and total synthetic processing fluid formulations It can be directly added as foaming inhibitor to metal working fluid and its diluent. Recommended dosage: According to the foaming ability and application
of the system, the addition amount is between 0.05-0.2%. In order to determine the best defoaming effect, it is suggested to do the screening experiment before
using and the recommend initial amount of 0.1%.
