Use
It is suitable for the spinning process of various specifications of polypropylene short fiber (non-woven fabric). It can make the finished tow maintain good elasticity and soft feel, and have good fluffiness and water absorption.
Contains no mineral oil.
Antistatic, emulsifying, smoothing, washing properties.

Solution preparation method
With sufficient stirring, add the product evenly into industrial soft water to fully dissolve it.
Instructions
Due to different types of spinning machines and differences in fiber fineness, the optimal oiling rate is 0.3-1.0%. When the fineness increases, the oiling rate should also increase accordingly.
The oiling rate of 4-denier short fiber is 0.3-0.5%.
The oiling rate of 10-denier short fiber is 0.7-0.8%.
Store
During use, this product should be stored in a cool and dry place.
Long-term storage may produce a little precipitation, stir well before use.
