Product Description
1. Application:
It is mainly used in the high-temperature co-sintering process of alumina substrate and metal slurry (HTCC) in nitrogen-hydrogen atmosphere.

4. Equipment Normal Operating Conditions
- Environmental Conditions: temperature: 0~40ºC, humidity≤ 80%RH, no corrosive gas, no strong airflow disturbance;
- Atmosphere Conditions: dry, clean, oil-free compressed air, working pressure of 0.4- 0.8MPa, gas consumption of 30 - 90 m3/h;
- Ventilation System: non-contact access to the user pumping system, pumping capacity is greater than 100 m3/h
- Ground Requirements: horizontal, no obvious vibration, load-bearing> 600 Kg/m2;
- Power Condition(TBD): capacity > 240kVA, 3-phases 5-lines, voltage 220 / 380V, frequency 50Hz. Fire line: yellow, green, red, Zero line: blue, Ground line: yellow-green;
