1. Q: How to get samples?
A: Simply send the Item Number or an image to our E-mail, and we will check and respond promptly.

A: We offer existing samples at no cost; however, the shipping fee will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee is required. If you place a large order, we will refund the sample fee upon order confirmation.

A: The MOQ varies by item. Typically, it is 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our usual payment terms are T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can negotiate.
