A: Simply send the item number or a picture to our email. We will promptly check and respond to you.

A: We offer existing samples free of charge, but the freight cost will be borne by you.
If you require a customized sample, there will be a sample fee. For large quantities, we will refund the sample charge after order confirmation.
3. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: The MOQ varies by item. Typically, it's 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Normally, we accept T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipping by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.

A: Yes, we are certified with BSCI, EN71 for refills, MSDS, REACH, and more.
6. Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and can ship by air, sea, or rail.
