A4. For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs it takes 5-7 days, Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

A5. It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A6. We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, Al, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
Q7. How many colors are available?
A7. We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
Q8. What is your payment term?
A9.Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.We also accept LC at sight.
