1.Introduction:
The machine is used for producing parallel paper barrel(round or square) automatically. It consists of paper stand, gluing device (automatic cycle system with gear pump), paper cutting device, drum winding device, drum inline cutting device, surface/label paper pasting device, drum discharging device. This machine vacuum-absorbs paper on mandrel automatically. The mandrel is retractable/collapsible mandrel which will make drum discharging easily from mandrel. The machine is controlled by Siemens PLC, Touching panel and Delta inverter
