1.Brief Introduction
This machine is used for producing&cutting parallel paper tube into small tubes automatically. The produced tubes are used for making thermocouples, fireworks, etc.
It is a complete mechanical type machine, no any pneumatic parts with machine. Comparing with pneumatic&mechanical machine, the machine can save 60% electricity and run more stably.
The machine consists of paper stand, gluing device, water-adding system, paper cutting device, tube forming device, tube cutting device, and tube discharging device.
It is equipped with Siemens PLC. 2PCS mandrel will be delivered together with machine.
