1. Q: How can I obtain samples?
A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will review your request and respond promptly.
2. Q: Can you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we offer existing samples for free; however, the shipping cost will be your responsibility. For custom samples, a fee will apply. If you place a large order, we will refund the sample fee after the order is confirmed.
If you need a customized sample, we will charge a sample fee. If the order quantity is substantial, we will refund the sample fee upon order confirmation.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies by item. It is typically 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.

A: Our standard payment terms are T/T: 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% payable upon receipt of the Bill of Lading copy if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
