1. Q: How can I obtain samples?
A: Kindly send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will promptly check and respond to you.
2. Q: Is it possible to get a free sample?
A: We offer existing samples for free; however, the freight charge will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee will be charged. If the order quantity is large, we will refund the sample fee once the order is confirmed.
3. Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies with different items. Typically, it is 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our usual terms are T/T: 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
5. Q: Do you hold any certifications?
A: Yes, we have BSCI, EN71 certifications for refills, as well as MSDS, REACH, among others.
6. Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer terms like EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and can ship by air, sea, or rail.
7. Q: Which port do you ship from?
A: Our nearest ports are Ningbo and Shanghai, but we can ship from any seaport or airport in China.
