Applicable materials: Suitable for splitting and trimming super-sized coiled materials, i. e. Films like OPP, PET, PVC, CPP, PP shrinkage films, etc,; Paper like label paper, electroplated paper, Al-foil paper, special paper, double glued paper, etc.; Paper-plastic compound items, cloth, etc.
Performances and Characteristics:
Rewinding method: To adopt the center surface of double rewinding bearing for rolling; A/B shaft equipped with air-expansion shaft; The positive magnetic powder clutch tension slip controls the materials, and adjusts the more or less rewinding tension.
Feeding unit: To adopt imported EPC atmospheric pressure automatic rectifying control system; Automatic feeder makes it easier in feeding, which ensure the safety in processing.
Stripping unit: To adopt round blade to split; Adjustable according to different specifications; Equipped with a counter, which makes it easy to count the length in rolling. The master motor adopts a frequency converter to adjust the speed.
