Performances and Characteristics
Rewinging method: To adopt the center surface of double rewinding bearing for rolling A/Bshaft equioed with air-expansion shaft the positive magnetic powder clutch thension slip controls the meterials, and adujust the mor e or less rewinding tension.
Feeding unit: To adopt import EPC atmospheric presure automatic recitifing control ssten; Sutomatic fedder makes it easider infeeding, which ensure the safety in processing.
Stripping unit: To adopt round blade to split; Adjustable according to different specifications; Equipped with a counter, which makes it easy to count the length in rolling. The master motor adopts a frequency converter to adjust the speed.
Treatment of discarded sides: Equipped with a blower and an automatic eliminating system for discard sides; The hollow frame paper 0crossing route desigh is sutiable for splitting the super ized and extra eavy materials.
