The ZJJ-4SA DC system grounding monitoring device is used for real-time online monitoring of the insulation status of the DC bus and branch. This device adopts the detection method of DC balance resistance. It does not generate any AC or DC interference signal to the busbar, and will not cause the artificial insulation resistance to drop. It is suitable for power plants and substations of any voltage level.
1. Modular international standard industrial controller structure, standard housing, small size, lightweight, easy installation and maintenance;
Single/double busbars up to 64 loop monitoring, DC balance resistance detection method, no busbar interference;
2. The branch road is quickly detected, and the inspection time is less than 20 seconds;
3. The measurement result is not related to the busbar distributed capacitance; automatic/manual inspection branch;
4. DC leakage current sensor configuration is flexible and convenient;
5. Isolate the RS-485 communication interface, and the MODBUS/ Emerson communication protocol is fully compatible;
6. Monitoring data: double-segment bus voltage value, double-segment bus positive-negative terminal-to-ground voltage value, double-segment busbar positive-negative-to-ground resistance value; branch number, branch insulation resistance value; alarm item: busbar insulation alarm; Branch grounding alarm; bus over and under voltage alarm.
7. Operation: This machine only has two buttons of "up" and "down". All functions and settings can be completed by these two buttons. Press the "Up" button to switch between the 1 segment/2 segment parameter display; press the "Down" button to display the branch resistance. Press the "Up" and "Down" buttons at the same time to directly inspect the branches.
