AWS E6011 Welding electrodes
1. Description:
Welding electrode E6011 is of cellulose type electrode for welding low carbon steel. It gives a deep penetrating, forceful arc and is usable in all welding position and above all for such multi-layers as overhead and vertical positions. It develops a low volume of slag that is easily removed. The deposited metals with high porosity resistance usually has good mechanical properties and is radiographically acceptable.
2. Applications:
For welding where welds must have high quality, such as pipelines of carbon steel, ships, bridge and buildings.
3. Inner packing:
1) 2.5mm x 300mm, 5kg/inner box + plastic bag
2) 3.2mm x 350mm, 5kg/inner box + plastic bag
3) 4.0mm x 400mm, 5kg/inner box + plastic bag
4. Outer packing: 4box/carton 20kg/carton
5. Certificates: ISO9001 and CQC, AWS.
6. The slag is fuil and when hardened. It is compact and easy to remove.

Rutile type, thin coated, general purpose mild steel electrode depositing smooth welds of radiographic quality having good mechanical properties. The slag is thin and easily removable.
