Description :
SH·S50-6 is a copper-coated carbon steel gas welding wire. Use CO, or rich as a protective gas for welding. It has excellent welding process performance. Stable arc combustion, less splash, beautiful weld forming, weld metal porosity sensitivity is small. All position welding process is good.
Use: Suitable for single-pass and multi-pass welding of carbon steel and 490MPa and low alloy steel (such as welding of vehicles, Bridges, buildings, mechanical structures, etc.).
Note:
1. If carbon dioxide gas protection is used, the purity of carbon dioxide gas is more than 99.98%.
2. Dry stretch length of welding wire should be controlled at 15-25mm.
