1. Q: How to get samples?
A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We'll promptly check and get back to you.
2. Q: Can you provide a free sample?
A: We are pleased to offer existing samples for free; however, the freight charge will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee applies. If you place a large order, the sample fee will be refunded upon order confirmation.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies by item. Typically, it's 5,000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Generally, we accept T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% balance against the B/L copy if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.

A: Yes, we hold certifications such as BSCI, EN71 for refills, MSDS, REACH, among others.
6. Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: We offer a variety of delivery terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, by air, by sea, or by rail.

A: Our nearest ports are Ningbo and Shanghai. We can ship from any seaport or airport within China.
