1: Oxidation solder bar
Soldering temperature lower than 300ºC, the surface seems like mirror. Short welding time and higher spreading ratio than the normal solder. Cause of the addition of anti-oxidant, the dross of the solder is only 1/5 comparing with the common solder bar, and the spot of solder joint is bright, which suitable for wave or handwork soldering with specification as Sn60/Pb40, Sn63/Pb37.
2: Low melting temperature solder bar
28ºC-180ºC low melting temperature solder bar is widely used in alarm security devices, lighting proof protective appliances, air-conditioner security warning device, temperature display materials and filled composites during mechanical processing.
The tin bar from ZS-HX has better copper, tin wettability and conductivity and added antioxidant elements. It has good wetting effect and brazing strength during welding, and can also be used for relatively simple lead welding processes without parts.
