 USE:
Machines in this series are suitable for reel-shape materials such as BOPP, PET, CPP, aluminum foil, and paper, 2-layer repetitious laminating, high strength production, producing high-quality compound materials with high freshness preserving, and boiling & steaming resistance.

1.Main machine, winding part , rewinding part , gluing part and drying channel adopt frequency-converting motors .
2.Full automatic motor tension control system  ( swing roller , encoder )
3.Non-shaft pneumatic conic-top anilox roller , convenient plate replacement.
4.Dynamic-balanced AI alloy guide roller , sealed drying channel , fast drying and power saving , automatic permanent temperature control system.
5.Subsection drying channel , safety supporting bar equipment. 
6.For two winding and rewinding positions , automatic cutting and feeding, automatic correction equipments for two rewinding systems.
7.Glue circulating system , pneumatic back-pressing movable blade , tensioning assemble and unassembled shaft . 
8.Laminating roller double-layer oil circulating heating, even heating , correct temperature control.
