Sand Blasting Machine
Sand Blasting Machine is used for the Matte or Diffuse Reflection Surface Treatment on the Stainless Steel sheets or Coils.
Sand Blasting Machine is using Air Compressor for the generation of air flow to suck the sand bead which will be further blown to the work pieces surface by the continuous air flow in a high speed to generate the desired matte finishing on the surface.
By blasting the sheets and components mechanically, an even, directionless, highly decorative and cloud-proof surface is achieved. In addition, the sheets and components retain their original form (evenness). The blasting also serves as a pre-treatment of surfaces for galvanic, electrochemical and chemical surface finishing (for example, electro-polishing, anodizing, coloring).
The use of various blasting materials leads to varying surface effects (pertaining to color character, gloss level, roughness).
For decorative purposes, glass beads, ceramic beads, glass granules or high-grade corundum can be chosen.
