YKC round block hole type is a graphite heat exchanger with superior performance, which adopts upper and lower graphite heads and unit heat exchange block superposition structure.The cylindrical heat exchange block adopts standard unit blocks and has high structural strength. At the same time, PTFE O-rings or expanded PTFE (tetrafluoroelastic rope) are used in the equipment structure to seal the medium; pressure springs are installed as automatic compensation mechanisms for thermal expansion and contraction; in addition, short channels are used, and redistribution chambers are added to improve turbulent effects, etc., so that this heat exchanger has the characteristics of high structural strength, strong temperature and pressure resistance, good impact resistance, high volume utilization, high heat transfer efficiency, long service life and easy maintenance.
