Square Cast Iron Gate SLUICE VALVE
Sluice valve is usually installed in the intake, sink, pond, diversion channel and collecting well of all kinds of waterworks, such as water supply and drainage, water conservancy and flood control etc. It functions to switch flow channel or cut off water flow. Mediums are raw water, clean water or sewage in normal temperature.
Sluice valve has two types,uniaxial compression type and biaxial compression type. uniaxial compression type sluice valve bears a pressure of 0.1 Mpa at upstream face and 0.02 Mpa at inverse face. biaxial compression type bears the same value of 0.1 Mpa at both sides. Rubber seat valve should be opened horizontally.
Classified by material, there are cast iron, cast iron, stainless steel.
Classified by shape, there are round, square and rectangular types.
Classified by sturcture, there are stem rising and non-rising types.
There are also seat ring type and no seat ring type.
