In water supply system, sudden start or stop of the pump and valve will immediately change the medium flow velocity and pressure rate. It leads to high pressure surge impact in the pipeline and cause vibration and slamming noise in the pipeline, even seriously damages or destroy the pipeline. We call it water hammer or pressure surge. It is formed because of the incompressility, movement inertia of the medium and also the elasticity of pipe material .
This pressure surge eliminator GLXS-8000(diaphragm type) and GLXS-9000(piston type) can effectively absorb instant high pressure surge impact and release pressure energy in the pipe to safeguard the pipeline and equipment in the pipeline.
