Description :
SH·TG304 is stainless steel solid TIG welding wire, using DC reverse welding, excellent welding process, beautiful weld forming, less splash, weld metal has good plastic toughness and crack resistance.
Use:
Suitable for welding of stainless steel structure with the same composition type.
Note:Note:
1. In order to ensure the good mechanical properties of the weld metal, it is recommended to use pure argon gas for welding protection, and strictly control the impurity content in the gas to ensure the purity of the gas.
2. Protective gas flow rate: 9~14L/min when the current is 100~200A, 14~18L/min when the current is 200~300A.
3. Tungsten electrode extension length :3~5mm; Arc length :1~3mm.
4. The wind speed is limited to ≤1.0m/s; Argon gas protection is recommended at the back of the welding area.
5. The moisture, rust layer, moisture, oil, dust and other impurities in the welding part are really removed.
