Description :
SH·TG308 is 20Cr-10Ni stainless steel solid TIG welding wire. The welding process is excellent, the weld forming is beautiful, the splash is less, and the weld metal has good plastic toughness and crack resistance.
Use:
Used in petrochemical industry, pressure vessel, food machinery, medical equipment, fertilizer equipment, textile machinery, nuclear reaction push, such as 12Cr18Ni9(SUS302), 06Cr19Ni10(SUS304) and other materials welding.
Note:Note:
1. In order to ensure the good mechanical properties of the weld metal, it is recommended to use pure argon gas for welding protection, and strictly control the impurity content in the gas to ensure the purity of the gas.
2. Protective gas flow rate: 9~14L/min when the current is 100~200A, 14~18L/min when the current is 200~300A.
3. Tungsten electrode extension length :3~5mm; Arc length :1~3mm.
4. The wind speed is limited to ≤1.0m/s; Argon gas protection is recommended at the back of the welding area.
5. The moisture, rust layer, moisture, oil, dust and other impurities in the welding part are really removed.
