SBKT-600 Thermoelectric Material Seebeck & Electric Resistivity Meter
With the growth of global energy demand and the increasingly severe environmental problems, thermoelectric materials, as a kind of functional materials that can realize the direct conversion of thermal energy and electric energy, have been widely concerned. The accurate measurement of thermoelectric properties of materials is the basis for further study of thermoelectric materials and development of high-efficiency thermoelectric conversion devices. The thermoelectric properties are mainly determined by three key parameters: Seebeck coefficient (S), electrical conductivity (σ) and thermal conductivity (κ). The thermoelectric value (ZT = S²σκT) comprehensively reflects the thermoelectric conversion efficiency of the material. Therefore, accurate determination of these parameters is essential to evaluate the thermoelectric properties of materials.
Thermoelectric performance tester enables the evaluation of the thermoelectric performance of metal or semiconductor materials.
