Welding electrodesMild Steel Electrodes
Description: E6013 is of low mild type electrodes with titanium coating and suitable for both AC and DC. It can weld in all position. Manipulates is free and restrike is easy.
Application: Used to weld low carbon steel structures, especially suitable for welding thin flat, intermittent shorter welds, as well as some smooth appearance cover.
Note
To have best use and keep the properties in good conditin, store in dry place.
In case of moisture, dry the electrode at 70-100oC for 30~60 mimutes before use.
AWS E7018
Mild Steel Electrodes
Description: E7018 is an excellent carbon steel electrode with iron powder low hydrogen potassium coating. It is used on both AC AND DC in all position. As the coating contains iron powder, it has highly efficient welding and can reduce welding layers.
Application: Used to weld low carbon structure and low alloy steel structure, such as 16Mn etc.
We also produce other kinds of welding electrodes, such as AWS E6011 and AWS E6010.
