XPJ160 is a kind of silicone-based defoamer,it's specifically designed for defoaming required in the water treatment industry, The product is easy to disperse bleachless oil, fast defoaming speed, long-lasting, and will not cause secondary pollution of water. It is applied to many water-based foaming systems such as circulating water treatment, middle water of papermaking, pHarmaceutical sewage, leather sewage, power plant sewage, printing and dyeing sewage, seawater desalination sewage, municipal sewage biological treatment system, flue gas desulfurization and so on.The product is non-toxic and will not affect the bacterial propagation of activated sludge, it has been widely used in many water treatment projects.
Dilute XPJ160 with clean cold water by 1-3 times in the area of foam concentration by dropping or spraying; Also it can be directly added in the sewage fluidity of the import, based on the use of sewage foaming characteristics generally around 50-300 ppm.
This product should be packed in 25KG or 200KG plastic drums. Storage and transportation should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. It will be valid for one year if stored at room temperature.The product should be protected against being frozen.
