Product Introduction
MD-DZH F600 is a special flux for smelting electroslag welding. It is light yellow to brownish red glassy particles with particle sizes of 2.5-0.45mm (8-40 mesh), 1.27-0.45mm (16-40 mesh), and 0.995-0.108mm (20-150 mesh). It can be used in both AC and DC. When in DC, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode. It has good welding processability, easy slag removal, and beautiful molding.

Precautions:
1. The electrode should be baked at 300-350ºC for 1.5-3 hours before welding.
2. Impurities such as rust, oil stains and moisture on the workpiece must be removed.
