Description :
SH·ER49-1 is a copper-coated carbon steel gas welding wire. The welding wire has high Mn content and good porosity resistance and crack resistance. The welding process performance of welding wire is excellent.
Use:Suitable for single-pass and multi-pass welding of carbon steel, 500MPa and low alloy steel (such as welding of vehicles, Bridges, buildings, mechanical structures, etc.).
Note:
1. If carbon dioxide gas protection is used, the purity of carbon dioxide gas is more than 99.98%.
2. Dry stretch length of welding wire should be controlled at 15-25mm.
