Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the dyed plush shiny elastic shoulder tape.
 
Winding the polished nylon yarn and covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the shuttleless weaving loom to feed the warp yarns into the forming elastic tape greiges.
 
Weaving the greige of the 13MM plush shiny tabby elastic shoulder tape made of polished nylon and covered spandex in dyeable raw white color, considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige width should be 14.5MM.
 
Dyeing and setting the raw white greige of shiny plush plain weave elastic tape by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process. Then ironing, when necessary, the dyed elastic tape by fusing machine to make it more flat.
 
Inspecting the shiny plush tabby elastic shoulder tape by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Packing the plush back shiny face elastic tape into rolled spool or layered bale with waterproof bags. 
 
Load the spool or bale of shiny face plush back plain weave elastic shoulder tape into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
