Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed elastic edging band.
 
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the binding elastic.
 
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex sideband elastic with soft plush backside in dyeable raw white color.
 
Dyeing the raw white greige of binding elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 
Inspecting the bra underwear edging tape by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
 Packing the underwear binding elastic into spool or layered bale with waterproof bags.
 
Load the spool or layered bale of facing elastic into strong export cartons.
