Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed ribbed nylon spandex band.
 
This is the dyeable covered spandex yarn, outside is nylon yarn and inside is raw spandex yarn.
 
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the shuttleless weaving loom to feed the warp yarns into the forming ribbed nylon spandex tape.
 
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex ribbed surface elastic band in dyeable raw white color.
 
Dyeing the raw white greige of ribbed nylon spandex ribbon by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process. 
 
Inspecting the 10MM grosgrain elastic tape by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Packing the 10MM ribbed elastic webbing into rolled spool or layered bale with waterproof bags.
 
Load the spool or bale of 10MM ribbed structure elastic ribbon band into strong export cartons.
