Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed picot elastic.
 
Winding the covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel to the textile crochet loom to feed the covered spandex as inside elastic warp yarns of the picot elastic.
 
Knitting the greige of the nylon spandex picot elastic by textile crochet looms.
 
Dyeing the raw white picot elastic greige by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti- yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 
Inspecting the dyed picot elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Layered the inspected picot elastic into bales with waterproof bags, then load into strong export cartons.
