Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed folded over soft matte elastic.
 
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the 14MM binding elastic.
 
Weaving the greige of the 14MM nylon spandex stretch binder with matte weft yarn in dyeable raw white color.
 
Dyeing the raw white greige of 14MM soft matte folded over elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 
Inspecting the dyed stretch binding tape by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Packing the 14MM folded over elastic binding tape into layered bale, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
