Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed fold over elastic.
 
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the fold over elastic.
 
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex fold over elastic with shiny weft yarn in dyeable raw white color.
 
Dyeing the raw white greige of fold over elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 
Inspecting the dyed fold over shiny elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Packing the fold over shiny elastic into spool or layered bale wrapped with waterproof bags.
 
Load the spool or layered bale of fold over shiny elastic into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
