Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed ribbed elastic.
 
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the ribbing elastic.
 
Weaving the greige of the 20 MM woven elastic made of nylon and spandex in dyeable raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing process, the greige width should be 22 MM.
 
Dyeing the raw white greige of ribbed elastic waistband into specified colors by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 
Inspecting the dyed ribbed grosgrain elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Packing the soft ribbed elastic band into spool or layered bale, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
