Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed centre fold elastic.
 
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the two fold elastic.
 
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex fold over binding elastic with shiny weft yarn in dyeable raw white color. Considering the shrinkage during dyeing and finishing process, the greige shall be made a bit wider.
 
Dyeing the raw white greige of folder elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 
Inspecting the dyed fold over shiny edging by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Packing the center foldable shiny elastic into spool or layered bale with waterproof bags.
 
Load spool or layered bale of center fold satin face shiny elastic into strong export cartons.
