Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the patterned elastic band.
 
Winding the pre dyed nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming camouflage and polka dot pattern stretch elastic band.
 
Woven the greige of the polka dot or camouflage elastic band using predyed nylon yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished jacqurd elastic band.
 
Setting and ironing the greige of polka dot and camouflage jacquard elastic band by continuous dyeing and finishing machine.
 
Inspecting the patterned elastic band by narrow fabric folding machine, then packing it into spool or bale wrapped with waterproof bags, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
