Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed center ruffle foldover elastic.
 
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the fold over elastic.
 
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex center ruffle fold over elastic in dyeable raw white color.
 
Dyeing the raw white greige of center ruffle fold over elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 
Inspecting the dyed center ruffled foldover elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Packing the ELASTIC tape, strap or webbing into spool or layered bale with waterproof bags.
 
Load the spool or layered bale of center ruffle fold over elastic into strong export cartons.
