Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the dyed shiny plush lingerie elastic.
 
Winding the polished nylon yarn and covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the shuttleless weaving loom to feed the warp yarns into the forming greige of lingerie elastic.
 
Weaving the greige of the plush shiny lingerie elastic made of polished nylon and covered spandex in dyeable raw white color, considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished elastic tape.
 
Dyeing and setting the raw white greige of shiny plush latex free lingerie elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process. 
 
Inspecting the shiny plush elastic lingerie strap by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Packing the plush back shiny face elastic lingerie strap into spool or bale with waterproof bags. 
 
Load the spool or bale of shiny face plush back lingerie elastic into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
